Lawsuits on Accutane Avandia Yasmin Reglan Paxil Denture Cream

It seems that the big pharmaceutical companies may not do enough testing of their products. Why is it that these drugs make it into the market without complete testing?

In my opinion there are two reasons, money and greed.

Drug companies are in business to make money, not provide us with live saving drugs. Yes many have provided us with some beneficial medicines, but many times it seems that they rush products to market simply to help their bottom line.

The legal world has made note of this and during research on this subject has led me to many websites offering to help those affected by drugs rushed to market or without enough testing done prior to release.

So it ends up that the American public is used as a testing ground, we are the guinea pigs that they use, and if side effects or worse things happen from taking these drugs, what option do we as consumers have?

Is the FDA on our sides? I think they may be overwhelmed with the amount of drugs being submitted to them for testing. The FDA does have something they call the GRAS list. It stands for “Generally Regarded as Safe”, so the question is: if a drug I’m taking on the GRAS list does this really mean it’s been fully tested? The short answer is no.
