NEWS on Nevada HEP C SCARE

A lawyer in Nevada has already taken on 1,700 people in what may be a case action lawsuit.

The lawyer may also sue Clark County for unsafe business practice.
 

One victim speaks out: Wharton just learned she has hepatitis C.

 “I’m just frustrated because of the fact that this happened,” she said.

Wharton says the only way she could have been infected was at the Endoscopy Center.
“Two weeks prior to myself having the procedure, I had blood work done and it was fine,” she said.

She’s taking this life-changing matter to court.
