NuvaRing Hormonal Contraceptive

NuvaRing is a hormonal contraceptive that works in a similar manner to another birth control product that’s been the subject of much controversy, the Ortho Evra birth control patch.  However, its application is different from ‘the patch,’ as the NuvaRing is inserted into the vagina and worn for three weeks at a time and not worn during the fourth week.
